HSTARS (Head Start Training and Resource Specialist)

As part of the Head Start program, the HSTARS is one of 28 throughout an Region IV. The specialist provides training and technical assistance to Head Start programs in the Northeast Cluster, which include nine agencies covering 26 counties, as well as the delivery of services to children with disabilities and their families.
